iRemoteCoach is a remote driver coaching platform designed to build champions of the future. Our program delivers personalised 1:1 simulator training and performance consultation sessions directly to your home. Our holistic approach merges technical skill development with mental resilience, ensuring every session boosts your on-track performance.

Our consultation service provides tailored advice to address key concerns. We evaluate progress, upskilling, and training impact while identifying strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas. Together, we create realistic short, medium, and long-term goals for success.
Our sessions run via Discord, and typically meet our drivers and parents once per week. Each session can cover a wide range of different topics and training techniques, depending on the individual driver and their areas of performance opportunity at this moment in time.
Consulation sessions require no simulator at all, and consist of performance-based conversation to help understand those key areas of improvement, and creative strategies in tackle these areas, ensuring we learn and upskill faster than the competition.
As an iRemoteCoach driver, you gain access to our interactive online platform, loaded with performance tracking tools, apps and games, all designed for continuous, season-long development guidance. These apps can vary between training and development tools, trackside apps to enhance performance monitoring whilst you are at the circuit, competitive challenges, and critically, our Knowledge Hub, containing masses of bite-sized information entries, to help understand the science behind peak performance and guidance on achieving our long-term racing goals. These features ensure you stay informed, engaged, and always improving between sessions.
