2. The data we collect
When you contact us or book a call
Your name, email address and phone number. Your answers to our questions, such as your series, the driver's age and your goals. Anything you write in a message.
When you join our mailing list or download a freebie
Your first name, email address, whether you are a driver or a parent (if you tell us), which freebie you asked for, and a record of your consent: the words you agreed to, the time and your IP address. We use this to send you our daily tips email and the freebie you asked for.
When you enter a prize draw
Your first and last name, email address, whether you are the driver or a parent, the driver's age group and series, whether a parent or guardian gave consent, the time you entered, your IP address, and your personal referral code. If you entered through someone else's link, we record who referred you, so we can give them their extra entries. We use this to run the draw, count referral and social media tag entries, stop duplicate entries, send your gift, tell you the result and send your exclusive offer. We add you to our mailing list only if you tick the box to agree.
When you book a call through our calendar
Your name, email address and the time you choose. Bookings are handled by Google Calendar.
When you become a client
- Account details: name, email address and password (stored in a secure, hashed form).
- Coaching records: session notes, training plans, progress reports, debriefs and results from our training apps and the Knowledge Hub.
- Material you share with us: onboard video, data logger files, sim telemetry and similar files.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, and video calls.
When you pay
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep a record of what you bought and paid. Invoices are managed in Xero.
When you use this website
We record the pages you visit, the time, your IP address and, if you are logged in, your account ID. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.
3. Children and young drivers
Many of the drivers we coach are under 18. When a driver is under 18, we ask a parent or guardian to make the booking and give us their contact details. For drivers under 13, a parent or guardian must provide the driver's information and agree to this policy on their behalf.
We collect only what we need to coach the driver. For junior clients, we send progress reports to the parent or guardian. Our safeguarding lead is (to be confirmed).

We use only what the website needs to work:
- A session cookie that keeps you logged in and makes our forms work.
- At events, such as our festival challenges, a cookie that remembers your player so your scores are saved.
- When you join our mailing list, a cookie that remembers you have joined, so your freebies stay unlocked. It lasts 1 year.
- When you enter a prize draw, a cookie that remembers your entry, so you can see your entries and referral link. It lasts 6 months. If you arrive through a referral link, a cookie keeps the referral code for 30 days, so your friend gets their entry if you enter later.
